Welcome to Krynetic. By downloading, installing, or using the Krynetic database product ("Software"), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully.

License Types

- Community License: Free to use for personal, non-commercial, or educational purposes.
- Pro License: Paid license for individuals and organizations requiring advanced features.
- Enterprise License: Paid license with enhanced features and options for custom support.

License Rights

- Upon purchase or download, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the selected license tier (Pro, or Enterprise).
- The Software may be run locally, in a Docker container, or in a Kubernetes cluster, at your discretion.
- You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Software except as expressly permitted in writing by Krynetic.

Enterprise Support

- Enterprise customers may purchase additional support services, including critical bug fixes and technical guidance.
- Support contracts may be revoked upon return/refund of the product, contract breach, or determination of customer unfitness (e.g., abusive behavior, fraudulent activity).

Restrictions

- You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except when expressly permitted by law.
- You may not use the Software to compete with Krynetic or sublicense it to third parties.

Modifications and Updates

- Krynetic may update the Software and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

- Krynetic reserves the right to terminate your license or support access upon violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.
