Krynetic aims for customer satisfaction. Please review the following return guidelines:

Returns and Refunds

- You may request a return and refund for Pro or Enterprise licenses within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
- To initiate a return, contact Krynetic support with your license details at contact@krynetic.com

License Revocation upon Return

- Once a return is approved, any active license associated with your account will be immediately revoked, However, you may continue using the Software under the terms and limitations of the Community edition, provided you meet its eligibility requirements.
- Returned customers are not entitled to access or use support services, including those specifically purchased as part of the Enterprise package.

Non-Returnable

- Free Community licenses are not eligible for returns or refunds.
